Avint LLC is seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Lab Engineer in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Data Services Program. The CDM Data Services Program is a critical component of CISA’s national effort to ensure the defense and resilience of cyberspace.

Change Control Analyst – Remote

The Change Control Analyst will work closely with engineers, testers, trainers as well as Federal Agency personnel to perform change management and release planning activities in support of the deployment of cyber solutions. The Change Control Analyst will execute change management activities against the established solutions for internal and external change control functions on a large-scale cyber program.

Operations Analyst – Remote

Avint LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team! The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing operational technical support for a cloud-based, multi-vendor, multi-tenant data aggregation, analytics, and presentation solution. The Operations Analyst will primarily be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to any solution performance issues or security incidents using established tools, escalating to engineering support as required.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient and scalable data ingestion processes and pipelines. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various data sources into our organization’s data ecosystem.

Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) Operations Analyst – Remote

Avint LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled NOSC (Network Operations and Security Center) Operations Analyst to join our team in support of the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a NOSC Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of critical government systems and networks through network operations and security monitoring activities.

Splunk Platform Engineer – Remote

Avint LLC is seeking a highly skilled Splunk Platform Engineer to support the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). The Splunk Platform Engineer will lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Splunk solutions to enhance the cybersecurity posture of government networks. This role requires a deep understanding of Splunk, cybersecurity principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the CDM program.

Legacy Integration Layer Developer – Remote

The Legacy Integration Layer Developer responsibilities include conducting full development lifecycle of data that includes requirements from DHS, other OMB initiatives, and provide support for the whole program. This position also requires building a new data automation practice on the program to address our client’s most pressing needs with Cyber Security Threats and Data. The successful candidate will bring a consultative approach to data to improve the value of the data that’s being collected by our customers.

Splunk Engineer – Remote

Avint LLC is seeking a motivated, career, and customer oriented Splunk Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will manage and operate the organization’s Splunk environment. This individual must be able to interact with Senior leadership and present findings and possible solutions where needed. Top Secret ISSO Security Control Assessor Support – Washington DC & Tysons, VA

Avint LLC is currently seeking an ISSO Security Control Assessor Support with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team on-site in Washington, DC and Tysons Corner, VA. The Top Secret ISSO Security Control Assessor Support shall conduct independent comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security/privacy controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by an information technology (IT) system to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls (as defined in NIST SP 800-37).

Program Manager – Arlington, VA

Avint LLC is searching for a motivated and skilled Program Manager to join our team on-site in the Arlington, VA area. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful completion of tasks and deliverables, and providing comprehensive program and project management support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, metrics, staffing, and documentation.

Platform Data Engineer – Remote

Currently, Avint LLC is seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented platform data engineer in support of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Continuous Diagnostic & Mitigation (CDM) Data Services Program. The platform data engineer is responsible for taking contractual obligations, requirements, and customer desires and directs data business rules and data transformations between the customer and the team of developers. Ownership of the data model will be needed to test and observe data quality issues. Dashboard creation will be utilized to communicate findings. The successful candidate will bring a consultative approach to business processes and will proactively collaborate with different stakeholders to define the data workflow of the solution.

Award Fee Metrics Consultant – Remote

Avint LLC is searching for part-time Award Fee Metrics Consulting to establish a clearly defined Award Fee methodology that is supported by measurable internal and external metrics for CDM Data Services. The Award Fee Metrics Consultant should be familiar with and capable of leveraging the philosophies of SMART goal development in order to provide Avint LLC with recommendations for achievable metrics.

Information System Security Officer – Chantilly, VA

Avint LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. The ISSO is responsible for implementing and maintaining the information security program within the organization. This role involves developing and enforcing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The ISSO collaborates with various departments to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization and responds to security incidents as needed.
