Avint LLC is a woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned cybersecurity company headquartered in Herndon, Virginia. Our practitioners engineer, defend, and authorize critical systems every day.
Our Story
Avint was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: exceptional cybersecurity starts with exceptional people who are trusted and empowered to solve hard problems.
Our roots are in the mission. Founder and CEO Marcie Nagel built her career in the U.S. Air Force and FBI, leading cybersecurity and technology programs from inside the environments Avint serves today. That experience shaped Avint from the beginning: understand the mission, take ownership, and deliver.
As Avint grew, so did our vision. We began investing in applied AI, machine learning, and purpose-built technology to solve the challenges our cyber practitioners encountered every day.
Today, deep cybersecurity expertise informs the technology we build, and that technology strengthens what our practitioners can accomplish. It’s how Avint continues to evolve, grounded in experience, driven by innovation, and built around people who know cyber.
